This is really Sad to see some of the Self Biased Feedbacks and Comments Shared over this platform. Some of the Feedbacks are rational & Sincerely unprofessional and definitely personal Attacks. Possibly while writing the feedbacks, we forgot the positives we achieved and the heights we climbed during the last 4-5 Years. It seems someone has been sharing across ones personal grudges and grievances' over the platform. This being a open platform, I take the privilege to Share an unbiased testimonial about Pursuit Software as a Organization and the hard work of top Management to keep the JOBS alive for Many of us. 1. Highest Number of Employees added during the Pandemic (COVID), when the whole world was busy distributing Pink Slips to employees. 2. The internal Manpower increased from ~50 Members to ~250+ now in a span of 2years, Still Adding! 3. Establishment of Proper process, Departments, hierarchy, Medical Benefits (Company Sponsored) 4. Establishment of Fabulous Technical Support & Logistic department to meet the infra need of each of us ensuring the deliveries are achieved on time. 5. Constructive regular HR Induction and Orientation establishment. 6. Lucrative Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses (HR's promises About Variables & bonus during a candidates joining but never promises that you will get 100% even if anyone's productivity is Low/below Average & we don't perform well.) 7. I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally. I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions. Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity. A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation. We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums. I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work. PSD is well above Good organisation in some of the Unique locations where People can enjoy, learn his or her competencies, as well as balance the personal life by staying close to your hometown. The company targets small cities to have thedevelopment centres to target the local talent pool, because only Metro cities doesn't mean best Organisations. That's how PSD is geographically present in 4 cities in INDIA. HQ is NJ, also two other running offices in Florida and California. The root of the company is from 1997 and PSD is a Member of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). Company caters to Industry like Finance, Telecom, Healthcare Transport. Best part of the company is it has a flat Hierarchy and the Technologies in which the Technical team is working is Niche and very different from the typical other services Industries. And due to the flat hierarchy, you can climb up the ladder fast compare to other organisations. We don't have multiple boss on your head in PSD You get a chance to present your self, you will be heard by Management. Your Idea's will be screened and implemented. This is a startup Company. Only thing good about this company is that Salary is credited on Time. Meal Coupon's are also credited on time. Leave Policy is Fair with 24 Leaves the balance leaves get reimbursed.

Most offensive thing about this company is their is no value against commitment. People at Junior level have to wait for months and years to be assigned any project. After Joining i had to wait for more than a year to be assigned to a Project. Meanwhile Management will ask to take some training from senior people who are working on the Project. Their is a lot of Mistrust and backbiting at the senior level. Management will sometimes behave badly for no reason. Senior's were helpful at first but gradually shifted their focus. After few months of working i gave my resignation and during that time i was promised some trainings to upgrade my skill. However when i withdrew my resignation and continued promise was not kept. No fixed policy is there and most things are through negotiation. Hardly any parties or Team outings . Office Infrastructure is very poor. Cheap government leased Office which they try to use to the maximum. Any issue with Office infrastructure takes huge time to resolve if at all. Even internet service is poor in the Office.
