Nothing to like.. Everything seems to be unprofessional. Don't ever think to join this company unless you want to have most pathetic & unprofessional experience.

- No proper communication channels from HRs and they don't even communicate with one another - HR including HR heads have no knowledge on salary negotiation. Anyone can catch their lie when they say we can't afford to give the salary. - The funniest thing is They ask you to join in 2-3 days without providing offer letter. - They ask for 2 months salary if you resign to get experience letter and take courier charges too. - They will kick you off immediately if they have no projects even if you are Superman in your existing project. - The company is so bad that I quit early....Read More

There is nothing to like about in puresoftware. If you are joining at a junior level then still you can survive but remember hiring and firing is there primary culture.

I think I am looking forward to more financial stability, but that lacked a bit. Something that the management could think about.

I like working at PureSoftware as during my journey so far I have got many opportunities to not just learn and grow, but have also been very well recognized by the company in the form of awards. The good part is that here at PureSoftware there is a sense of belonging, as we get to share our work stories, talent stories, and even included in the different activities in addition to work.
