Managers donot value their employee they just throw the orders during windingup after all his employees are the one who are bringing in the business and not the manager himself; manager should also put some efforts after the sales so as to meet the targets. It is one on the best company to work with. I as a individual have grown working at Puma, from Fashion consultant to a store manager’s position in 6 years.

Dislikes

There is nothing that i do not like at puma as far as my experience of 6 years. I had to leave the company to explore the retail in different formats.
