Position Title: Senior Associate-Training

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Teamhead-Retail Training

Position Summary:

• To Train and develop store teams to be engaged, knowledgeable and skilled, to deliver an
  exceptional experience to our customers and contribute to PUMAs profitable growth.
• Responsible for Average Training Audit Scores for all South doors.
• Taking Care of training needs of the employees
• Evaluating training effectiveness
• Manage Training Budget as per Organizations goals

Key Objectives:

• Working closely with the Business Heads to identify training needs for the retail department and translate into learning requirements
• Design Training calendars, maintain training trackers and schedules.
• Facilitate training programs on technical and personal development for staff keeping in mind the adult learning principles.
• Conduct Induction training of new hires
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through Pre-and Post-assessment tools, online Store Audits, Performance assessment through BI, Customer Feedbacks and recommend improvements to Key stakeholders.
• Organize and edit training manuals, multimedia visual aids, PowerPoint Presentations and other Learning materials.
• Coordinate with vendors as per requirement. Plan training related logistics and Manage Training Budget as per Organizations goals
• Monitor E- learning completion at country level and take appropriate measures for non-compliance.
• Inculcate a culture of Learning & Development in the Retail Function by sharing best practices at global platform and implement learning from other countries as per local needs.
• Establish strong partnership with internal customers to continuously remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:

• Proven work experience as a Training Manager
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-thejob or in classroom training, eLearning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• Bachelors/Masters degree in education, human resources or relevant field
