Associate-Sales Operations

Position Title: Associate-Sales Operations (This role is on third-party payroll)

Reports to: Senior Manager-Sales Operations

Location: Bangalore

Position Summary: Order management, tracking and reporting in Sales Operations

Key Objectives

1. End to end management of orders of assigned customers

2. Execute orders, track deliveries

3. Tracking pre order and immediate order execution

4. Preparing necessary reports

5. Assist in other functions managed by the Sales Ops department

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

1. Good understanding of basics of Sales and Distribution business

2. Knowledge of SAP

3. Should be good at excel as huge volumes of data will have to be managed

4. Strong sense of numbers to analyze reports and offer solutions
