Associate-Sell Fast

Position Title: Associate-Sell Fast (This role is on third-party payroll)

Reports to: Senior Manager-Warehouse Operations

Location: Bangalore (Attibele)

Position Summary:

Sell Fast (SF) Associate - Release and fulfilment of all SF orders (DNs) on time based on the customer orders on daily basis to meet Marketplace SLA.

Key Objectives

1. Download all the marketplaces orders from Increff and SAP

2. Release all the marketplace orders in time on daily basis

3. Daily-basis publish the dashboard for all the released orders

4. Ensure the released orders are monitored from execution>> picking>packing > invoicing>Manifesting.

5. Releasing Orders on Hold for the previous days and fulfill the same next day

6. All the shortages are fulfilled in the designated timelines (within 48Hrs)

7. Monitoring inventory for EC channel for special blocks for sellfast.

8. Closely working on available inventories for all the warehouses for avoid the shortage and delays in orders.

9. Keeping the designated zones for all the inventory stocks for Sell fast.

10. Lower risk of un-fulfilled orders or shortages because of inventory shortages.

11. Expedited Order Fulfillment for all the shortages.

12. On periodic intervals Publishing the shortages dashboards

13. Maintaining frequent stock checks with inventory team to prevent shortages.

14. Reconciles actual stock count VS SAP/ WMS Stocks.

15. Maintain stock and consumption records all the sell fast stocks.

16. Ensure that stock is replenished to avoid shortages or excesses.

17. Co-ordinating with Online and B2C Warehouses for fulfillment of the orders.

18. Identify improvement projects to reduce picking time for easy inventory availability and reduce the Order fulfillment time

19. Support Other warehouse operations like returns, Inventory operations and audit plan

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

• Graduation with at least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse process.

• Should be familiar with order management process in SAP.

• Inventory and WMS Management in SAP.

• Advanced Excel

• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
