I started my career in Pulse pharma as a research associate in ARD Department in march, 2016. Here I learn Wet Analysis, Method Development and Analytical method validation. Finally I fixed with Analytical Method Validations Documentation.

I am an operator and working with this company since day first. I am learning here with work. The plant team is very good and easy to approach. The management is also approachable and values our input which fosters a sense of team work. We have regular training seasons and the work place is equipped with the necessary safety gear which makes me feel secure wheel operating machinery. Company is worst Pls don't join this company I didn't receive pf from November 2023 to June 2024 ....I have resigned on June 2024 ... Salary is not on time ..... company does not give Even a single rupee as the name of settlement.....I went in cycle meeting to west bengal my own expenses and after that I resigned but company did not give expense in settlement which I spent from my pocket😭
