Company products are good however higher management are hiring GM/HR Head with In -Experience/Low skilled people by which they are not able to handle as Business/HR Head and taking Wrong Decision leading to confusion /low confidence down the levels leading to people leaving the organization .

Dislikes

HR Policies are unstable leading to huge confusion at MR/ABM/RM Levels , not providing Appointment letter timely , and pressurizing to remove MR unethically. Inproper Division launch without products Launch activities and support system are not encouraging , Corporate Head promising to launch 6 products for Division and demanding to do budget with single product currently resgined with co.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
