There is 100% job security. For contract employees, even if we finish our contracts, they extended and gave us confidence in this pendamic both mentally and financially and ensured that the lives of their employees is more important than the career. There will be requirement and hire people but waiting period is uncertain. It all depends on the projects that are in the pipeline. So people who are in the pool period, it takes months for them to come to the floor and start working.
