There is 100% job security. For contract employees, even if we finish our contracts, they extended and gave us confidence in this pendamic both mentally and financially and ensured that the lives of their employees is more important than the career. And to give 100% output and quality of their work, there are employees who are working from home with proper equipment given by the company and ensuring quality services to the clients. Management is very supportive and quickly responding on employees requirements and reminding the goal of the service by conducting online team meetings in regular intervals. There will be requirement and hire people but waiting period is uncertain. It all depends on the projects that are in the pipeline. So people who are in the pool period, it takes months for them to come to the floor and start working.
