More transparency between the management and employees regarding the company's plans and future growth would be great. 2. They're running English language teaching as a side gig to their visa business. There is no direction for the English language team. The CELTA trainers have zero knowledge of English language teaching and try to undermine those with higher qualifications and experience. It really shows that they bought their one month CELTA course without appearing for pre-interviews or proficiency exams. The managers are terrible at English and have bookish ideas about how language teaching works. They even defend their fossilized errors on Indian English and MTI.
