Highly recommendable ! If anyone looking for experience and learning, this is the company you should join UK shift timings are best and fixed as always.. Generally two shifts which are fixed almost, so easily manage personal life along with professional one. Very flexible about breaks, 1 hour of break is Enough in 9 hour shift. Company culture is not upto the mark, you will be disappointed if you fond of celebrating festivals in office, you leaves will be approved easily but you'll get 1 leave per month only with many restrictions( HR Policies), even you can't take your 2weeks off together, which many companies offer
