Highly recommendable ! If anyone looking for experience and learning, this is the company you should join UK shift timings are best and fixed as always.. Generally two shifts which are fixed almost, so easily manage personal life along with professional one. Very flexible about breaks, 1 hour of break is Enough in 9 hour shift. Job is always unsafe. Any time they ask you to resign immediately without any compensation or start marking LWP. No Bonus. They work like:- Dig a well everyday. Let water come out everyday. No future objective. When you resign, they don't accept untill you loose your new job or ask you to pay them your 3 months salary. Admin education is only 10th & have bad eyes on girls.

Very nice place for those who wants to learn new things /Most of team Managers are very good, understanding and supportive

Company culture is not upto the mark, you will be disappointed if you fond of celebrating festivals in office, you leaves will be approved easily but you'll get 1 leave per month only with many restrictions( HR Policies), even you can't take your 2weeks off together, which many companies offer
