one of the cheap company and the cheap VP(DEEPTI) i have ever worked under. I left this company before 3 months still not approved my EPFO. I called that HR and asked twice she has no idea about it i dont know what kind of process these kind of people follow. I called that arrogant LAdy so called MD herself she said i cant approve do what ever you want. I want to ask throgh this AM I ASKING YOUR FATHER MONEY OR your HUSBAND MONEY. MY PF IS MY RIGHT .I regret to use cheap words for this kind of cheap people who are around us faking like this. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They earn only through faking candidates years of experience and all they are doing FRAUDING. Everything there is no work culture no work life balance you'll get salary on the 6th of the month and its depends on the VP mood. you have to work for saturday also. No work from home. you'll get only one leave in a month, otherwise LOP . 12 total leave, there is no sick leave , if you are sick then you can take work from home No maternity leave for women, there was one women employee she asked for maternity leave they fired her and VP was saying you have to come daily otherwise leave this company. there is no medical insurance for employee you have to sit for 9 hrs continiousy , your manager always be on your head. sometimes he will seat with you.overall experience is too bad. pls don't join. join at you own risk it's a family run zoo vp's are brother HR's are his wife and they are shouting on everyone...Read More
