MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are a Product and services based company of of 200+ engineers, and looking for a highly technical Sr MERN Stack Engineer. You should be highly technical, possess excellent communication skills, and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, clean, and reusable code.

- On Calls Monitoring the performance of live applications and working on optimizing them at the code level

- Clearly understand the requirements, and designs and convert them into high-quality code.

- Identifying and resolving the bugs and enhancing application performance. Performing unit testing on code

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features

- Staying up to date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols

- Develop a highly scalable and secure cloud-based system for collecting health data and performing analytics.

- Document software and features for internal and external engineering teams

- Oversee the company's technical team, analyze briefs, identify risks, and develop work schedules

Should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in software development and full product life cycles

- Coding skills in JavaScript with a strong base in object-oriented design and functional programming

- Strong Experience in Node.Js and React.Js web framework

- Understanding of basic data structures & and algorithms

- Experienced with relational databases(MySQL, Postgres, etc) good working knowledge of SQL

- Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, DynamoDb), designing schemas

- Experience in API design and best practices

- Experience in building microservices-based architectures

- Strong experience with any of the frameworks such as Express, Koa, Sails, Strong Loop, etc.

- Web fundamentals like HTML5 and CSS3

- Good design and prototyping skills

- Ability to technically lead small to midsize teams and mentor junior members

- Experience in handling servers such as AWS DO

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
