Protoyze is generally well regarded, however, there is potential for improvement in areas such as management and policy implementation and organizational culture.

Office is in Panaji, Goa, which is great plus. All the people of Prototyze are very friendly and always ready to help. Great place for beginner's as well as experienced, I've been here for more than 2 years. You get to work with well-known big brand clients, which helps build experience. Complete freedom and autonomy in Digital Marketing initiatives across platforms and across the functions (SEO, SMM, SEM, Email Marketing, etc.). Autonomy and encouragement from senior management to try and implement new tools and speed up workflows. Good HR activities like live quizzes.
