Initiatives that don't meet his expectations can lead to threats of termination or salary deductions, rather than support growth or learning. They will deduct your salary if you are late than 9am for more than 3 days in a month. Instead of a nurturing and accommodating atmosphere, the company encourages employees to endure a less-than-pleasant work environment while also expecting glowing reviews on social media. And let's not forget, this is a loss-making entity- not the best choice for someone seeking career advancement.

No perks, no employee value, poor salary, long work hours (have to work late in the night) and still expected to come to office at 9 am sharp, forcing employees to give false google reviews, no canteen, no good staff, business heads have no knowledge, CEO Tanmay Modi has the ego the size of a mountain, people working from 13 years but still have no knowledge of their job role.

Working at prototyze incredibaly rewarding experience. I'm particularly drawn to company's commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The emphasis on continuous learning and professional development has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Additionally, the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects for renowed clients has been truly inspiring.

Protoyze is generally well regarded, however, there is potential for improvement in areas such as management and policy implementation and organizational culture.

Likes

At Reportyak (a venture by Prototyze), the best part is the freedom you get as a designer. There's so much room to experiment and push creative boundaries. I've worked on a variety of high-quality reports, and its been a great learning experience. The collaboration within the team is also a standout. You really feel like you're growing professionally here.

Dislikes

During the peak season, the mental pressure is real. The workload can pile up fast, and you often find yourself working late every night, which leads to overwork and burnout.

Likes

Office is in Panaji, Goa, which is great plus. All the people of Prototyze are very friendly and always ready to help. Great place for beginner's as well as experienced, I've been here for more than 2 years. You get to work with well-known big brand clients, which helps build experience. Department head is always ready to hear you and help you with any issue. When needed, they allow the option to work from home. They also give performance bonus, which is another plus.

Dislikes

Fever annual leaves compared to other companies. Health insurance could be better. Increment is less compared to industry standards.
