The environment here lacks inclusivity and offers little for professional development. The CEO, Tanmay Modi, thinks he has an unwavering sense of infallibility and is more focused on preserving his ego than fostering a positive workplace culture. Initiatives that don't meet his expectations can lead to threats of termination or salary deductions, rather than support growth or learning. They will deduct your salary if you are late than 9am for more than 3 days in a month.
