I have completed 4 months in Protonshub and I can say that it is the best organization to work and learn in Indore. The work culture is really good and everyone here is very supportive. The organization and the management care about the work as well as learning. Within 4 months I got to work on many different projects on new technologies which I think is really good for me as well. The work environment and learning opportunities are the two major things which motivated me a lot here. You will get enough opportunities to learn and grow at the same time. Nice place for fresher and experienced folks.

Great ambience followed by great professionals ,which help one person to work and develop new skills on the go is what I like about this company . You will never get a cold shoulder on any problem that you put forward to your colleague or management.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work load can be more that is what I think is good as well as bad for a someone new to the industry. Travelling can be a cumbersome process for many who lives on the outskirts of the city.

The company is really good, I appreciate how they treat their employees and give them the opportunity to learn more while merging in different projects. I haven't found out any till now and I guess I will never because they're open to suggestions all the time it's like if you have any suggestion or problem just have words with them and it will be sorted in a couple of days.
