They don't have much projects and if any project comes up then they will force you to share your CV and give interviews regardless if your experience match with the project role and if you fail the interview because you simply don't have exposure to that role then that is also your fault

Everything...The culture,the people, the management Worst organization to join. There is no job security at all. And you should be ready to travel to middle East for any work that comes up this is the only way to survive in this organisation

There are some major career growth concerns, there is a chargeability issue throughout the organisation, you'll be working on a client but won't be getting any chargeability. And due to low chargeability your growth in the office will he affected.
