There is nothing to like about the organization, even in the rating the least rating available was 1, otherwise, I would've given a 0.

Dislikes

The team is very toxic and they only care about their targets with no care for the employee. They don't have any humanity in them, very selfish. Even the HR are there only for kissing the @ss of the Partners and not to exactly help the employees. For such a big company, the work life balance and the culture is worse than a startup. People find quitting from here without having another offer in hand better than working for a day more. Nothing to like in this company. They don't have much projects and if any project comes up then they will force you to share your CV and give interviews regardless if your experience match with the project role and if you fail the interview because you simply don't have exposure to that role then that is also your fault

Everything...The culture,the people, the management Worst organization to join. There is no job security at all. And you should be ready to travel to middle East for any work that comes up this is the only way to survive in this organisation

Protiviti does not care about its employees, if u r a local resource forget that u will be paid any resimbursement for your local conveyance to and from client. The superiors do not care if you are working continuously for 5-6 months and won't give you leaves properly. They don't stand up for their employees and will keep committingwork outside of engagement letter and then keep targetting the team for delay in delivery without understanding the on ground challenges. No project, failed management.. Asking there employees to get project through their contact or we will fire you. It is very worse company. Or management based on Kolkata so there is biased with others region.
