Worst Company I ever worked it wht would I like about it. Literally nothing is good here especially the HR Team is the worst particularly " Goldalin"

Worst culture worst HR Team - Got placed from college and mentioned the package as 5LPA - still mentioned on the college website - but its all lies I wasnt even getting 2LPA in hand and on top that was doing irrelevant job of reaching out to campus and asking them to join the webniar which they conducted but although alfter multifile follow up students didnt join and we were questioned on why they didnt join the webniar - on top of that had evil mentor who was overally jealous and tried her best to make our job there as hellish as possible namely "Goldalin Maam" Lolololol.. Worst company makes you work on saturday and sunday without pay. Please dont join here guyysss.. especially for any HR roles - Its fully fraud business....Read More

I loss my job within 3 month. I got selected and they gave training its not like as training they kept us studying for 10 days and they will conduct examination after that no one will clarify the doubt as iam a fresher. I felt like a hell. If we have enough good knowledge why we join there as we know startup are good to improve our knowledge but they are treating you as IIT student my experience study hard at your home and try to hunt big companies and they will depress you if you dont complete the task mostly and you dont have job security too. In this company, desktop doesn't have a internet facility and then no one can discuss with anyone even though if he is your team mates too. In this training period, They are conducting many test and the freshers definitely get 100% in this test. If they got only 99% then fresher will be fired. I had been written one test which contains 10 questions and I got 9 question correct but at the same time they provide warning letter because of low performance, So I ask my TL , they told me to you have use much more time to finish the test. So this reason they are providing the warning letter 😤. But I use only 1 hr. And now, I don't have a job and experience. Every employee is treat like a slave. Finally, the salary is half of the amount in the CTC....Read More
