Do not make the mistake of joining this firm even if you are down to your last dime, because you will quit this sham by the end of your probation period, and if not, be forced to quit. Forget about F&F, you won't have your self respect left by the end of your employment. The Mumbai work culture, being peak toxic, affects its subsidiaries at Delhi as well. Employees are simply rats to milk work out of, and discard once there utility has been met, or their patience crosses its threshold. There is nothing to like. Bogus company mannerless owner and hr. No promotion working hours unlimited.

They use abusive language. No promotion and even after sending appraisal request they denied. The owner is fool and hr doesn’t know her duties dumbest person i have ever seen. No manner to talk with emplyoees.

There is nothing to like about this company. Total garbage company. The 3 bimboo of the company are Setu, Pallavi and Preeti kindly run your rishtedari and shit at home not in the company. Setu work sometime but pallavi and Preeti are always busy in giving and receiving gossips.teht don't work only know how to blame others without any reason. And setu can't even take a stand because bhai ko ghar bhi Jana hota. But this bimboos dont know company never run like this. Got to learn lot in 5 years, Office staff and other people are pretty well & understanding except Company Owner (Setu Shah) And HR Admin ( Priti Kolhapure).

The Review's mentions Office in Singapore, that's right, they don't have any office in Singapore, His policy is so very bad that word can't say it, There is no time limit for the work, Working hours is Morning 7.30 to 4.30 pm but there is meaning of that time mainly working hours morning 7.30 am to Evening 8.30pm if you want talk more information, Appraisals & PLI (Performance link incentives) all this get nothing here.
