Do not make the mistake of joining this firm even if you are down to your last dime, because you will quit this sham by the end of your probation period, and if not, be forced to quit. Forget about F&F, you won't have your self respect left by the end of your employment. The Mumbai work culture, being peak toxic, affects its subsidiaries at Delhi as well. Employees are simply rats to milk work out of, and discard once there utility has been met, or their patience crosses its threshold. This is the prime example of the toxicity of a mismanaged and toxic Indian work environment. The CEO is only concerned about meeting targets, and in a field like Public Relations, does not realise that his own PR is six feet under bedrock. Mark my words, this company shall meet its end one day, if not sooner, then eventually.

The candidates applying for any position, its a genuine request to go through all the reviews that are up for this company before you join, as the moment you start working here, the management would make sure to make your life miserable every single day. 1. No transparency 2. Highly toxic work environment 3. The morning creative call is not just a routine, its a platform for the director to vent her frustrations, often at the expense of former employees. And yes, that's how the people start their day at Prose. 4. The management doesn't assess employees by their accomplishments, but rather by the imprint they leave on their office chair. 5. The director would try hard that no single employee should get comfortable with each other, and if she notices that she would start playing games between you guys. 6. The director only pretends to work, but in reality, all her work is either completed by her husband ceo or the employees of course. 7. If you are a great fan of Bollywood and other trivial happenings of the world, you are at a right place. The director would make sure to tell you all those things which takes almost time, and while leaving she whether you were able to complete the tasks lined-up or not. 8. This is not a company, this is a 5th-grade school where you are asked to submit your task list, and if it's not updated, please ask God why did he let you in for this organization. 9. The female management is much more comfortable around male employees and not female employees. 10. Micromanagement at its core. 11. HR The silent sentinels. They hear your conversations, track your break time, whom are you friends with, and all your activities, and it's all written in their diaries, wish they end up losing them one day though. 12. There is no workflow in the system, and from your Day 1 in the org, these people would want you to take things up independently. 13.
