Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think thrice. Joining this company was a huge mistake. Initially it seemed promising, but after few months, the toxic culture became clear. Management and the HR are shockingly unprofessional, speaking to employees disrespectfully and showing zero work ethics. I even had to fight to get my earned money! Leaving was the best decision I made. The stress and negativity here don't just affect your time at this job; they impact your future as well. The culture and environment are so toxic that even after leaving, you may find yourself struggling to perform at your next job.
