I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think thrice. Joining this company was a huge mistake. Initially it seemed promising, but after few months, the toxic culture became clear. Management and the HR are shockingly unprofessional, speaking to employees disrespectfully and showing zero work ethics. I even had to fight to get my earned money! Leaving was the best decision I made. The stress and negativity here don't just affect your time at this job; they impact your future as well. The culture and environment are so toxic that even after leaving, you may find yourself struggling to perform at your next job. The senior management even goes as far as questioning employees who leave honest review on public platforms. It's as though they want to silence anyone who dares to share the truth. Please, don't join this company unless you're willing to endure constant disrespect, delay in payment, and a toxic culture that could affect your career long-term.
