There is always fun stuff going on during special occasions and a fun environment all together.

Dislikes

The management is the worst and because of the management and hiring team the company is failing. They look at how much salary someone is asking and not at skills and they end up hiring people who have no or less knowledge comparatively.

Behaviour of CEO to his Employees is very very worst. And He want his employee should work for more then 12-15 hours per day without any allowance. Job Security is ZERO. Normal working days are Monday to Friday but He will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday. The behaviour of CEO (Sathya Boili) is very very worst.

I worked in Prolifics for more than 2 years. The place where you can learn and growth without any boundaries. Specially my manager is very supportive and motivate us everytime... Company gave proper training time to time.. working environment is also very good..
