I don't like working at PCI at all. They didn't support in any way to any employee either during COVID-19 lockdown or post lockdown. It's very frustrating and demotivating.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, we have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day without any overtime payment. Even in few days we did the work throughout whole night till next day morning, that also not considered for overtime payment. The top management is very rude and not polite to employees at all. There is no work life balance.
