A lot of us have grown our careers exponentially by achieving promotions based on our sheer performances. The MD, Mr Prateek Garg and others in the Management Team are always there to guide and motivate you, wherever you're stuck or have any doubts. There is an innovation wing where you can collaborate with senior officials for new, experimental engineering and IT stuff. If your thing has got the potential, the team looks forward to orchestrate it and implement it across internal processes to test and monetize. The HR policies are fair enough. You're in IT so work-life balance is when you're able to grab the processes and workflows. If you're unable to do so, don't worry. The management will lead the right way for you and ensure that you're on the track using learning management systems, productivity management systems, performance improvement plans, and many other industry best practices. Salary is never delayed. Always on-time! Benefits are common. No over-the-top approach but yes, the kind of IT and HR support you get is totally time-saving. We don't need to connect on phone with the HR or the IT support team for any query. We have our very own IT Self-Help application (Workelevate) and PAL (Progressive Associate Lifeline) for HR. I work as a content specialist and collaborate with the designer and marketing strategist to create compelling sales, informative & branded content that includes web pages, blogs, emailers, videos, infographics, and many more.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
