As a fitness coach, I found this company good for some one who looks to work with a multi disciplinary team and it provides great opportunity to grow as well as company provides stable job security.

Dislikes

Company is into weight loss industry, so as a coach we have to be ready for 24/7 to answer for clients query over the phone or texts. This might affect work life balance along with that Some days we need to be adoptable for the clients timing flexibility this will be a real challenge.

A company which really cares about it's employees and took a stretch to make sure all it's employees were not affected during covid-19. one thing that i like the most is a team effort and supportive management who are keen to hear out every idea you put on table. i started working here as a front desk executive and was soon promotedas a Asst.Admin manager.
