I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

You get your own cubical in an AC room. Free Tea in the evening with Biscuits. Good employee staff on Assembly line. Other than that, there is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

NO SUNDAYS. Only Thursdays are weekly off. Low Salary and No Hike. Boss will not acknowledge your any sincere hard work. Seniors are disrespectful specially if you don't become their pet. No formal Job training period is provided to freshers & they expect from you to have all knowledge of the field. Freshers are given only one single repetitive work in the name of learning. No scope of growth in your Career. They don't provide Joining letter and Work Experience Certificate even if you work there for a year. Your Work experience will be irrelevant to most of the other companies....Read More
