There is no work life balance. You have to clock at least 12 hours per day. But after that you manager still expects you to log more time and be available whenever he calls in midnight or on weekends. Overall pathetic work culture. Management is always in race to complete everything fast. Being in hurry they fix less problems and create more issues. He depends on few old leader who they only care about their position.His way of collecting feedback for Managers and about team create problems for employees instead of solving them. HR and GM level people requesting positive feedback on google instead of addressing issues . The recent Hackthon failed due to these people and company's poor reputations with no external participants-only internal employees or their friends and relatives.The Leaderboard seemed manipulated,with internal teams suddenly topping it in the final minutes.
