- It is cool environment for me as of now. - I haven't heard any layoffs due to current pandemic. - WFH available. - There is no variable in payout. - No monitoring of your system.

Didn't face any such situation during work yet. Insurance is for self only ( no family included). UK Shift ( 1 PM - 10 PM) It may or may not be an issue. ;-)

You will be getting a chance to work on latest technology along with updated versions of your core expertise technologies. They have some potentials clients.

I have worked there for more then two years. Overall experience is good. Great learning, helping team members. But during lock down they have forced to work more then working hours including weekend.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, highly-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent o your project on your projectand client's location. New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
