It was great working with them, as there was a good team that i worked with which improved our ratings from 119 to 48 in less then 1 year out of 170 Hotels, this was also possible with constant training provided to both from junior level to senior management to increase guest satisfaction.

Dislikes

The freedom of not working independently was an issue and affected working environment and also growing in the organization was not possible, being a hotel manager working hours were long and compensation was not adequate and nor was appreciation.

Work Details

My work at Prideinn Hotels was exciting as I would come in contact with guests from a lot of cultures and interesting backgrounds and welcoming them, However support from the owners was on an average and this proved a bit challenging.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
