I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The location of office is really far and further the timing is also not good. You will find favoritism here which will surely hamper your growth. Too much interference of top management and job insecurity is always there. Sunday is working day which is also one of the biggest con of this organization.
