Being a mechanical engineer company has a lot to offer you, specifically knowledge about core mechanical manufacturing process. Late marking system. Poor salary. No facilities. You come ,you work, you go home. Overtime here I believe dont exist still you'll be asked to wait even after the shift time. No perks and allowances. Hope they increase the break time from 30 min to an hour or 45 mins atleast. One more thing which I don't like is every Saturday working, atleast it should be alternate Saturday's.

I have joined the company in January and now its been 6 months working here as a fresher. Starting months was very hard and difficult for me to adjust and understand the process of work in Precimax. The guidance given by my boss was very helpful. Working with Precimax has helped me to increase my self confident to coordinate with the clients. Staffs are supportive as well as the directors of the company. Salaries are paid on time. Overall, 6 months working in Precimax Engineers are good and a learning adventure. Suggestions: 1).
