Everything works in the mood of the founder, He cuts leaves, expenses if he thinks that someone has not done/completed the work even after employees working 18 hours. He blatantly says don't ever come at the time of promotions and appraisal and your growth in the firm is over. They put employees on probation whenever they feel like it without due process, even if someone in your family is seriously ill they will not consider even for 1 sec, you have to go you payout the total 2 months salary and nit just the basic part. Completely shit form to work with, will not even recommend this to my worst enemeies...Read More

Leadership, Culture, Policies - there is very little which is right to call out. Epitome of what not to do. And despite massive attrition, feedback, reviews - management never learns. The fault is always of the employees and they can never be wrong. Gaslighting at max.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
