Nothing for a competent, capable and honest person. Still, they need an organised management a competent business head to make it a bigger brand.

Dislikes

The owners are dishonest and avoid paying the legitimate dues to staff. Even, their suppliers also don't trust them. The contractor who are on packing contract are misleading. They don't grant even small advance to their workers. Pathetic work culture. Let God help them to find a complete systematic culture.
