Harrasment and full favouritism They do a lot of work and do not increase the salary. They put a lot of pressure to work. When they are about to get a promotion, they get it done for one of their close persons. The Uttar Pradesh team is very bad.

Dislikes

The seniors harass us a lot and also ask for money in return for work. When the salary comes, they call up even at 11 in the night and ask us to do a lot of work. They put a lot of pressure on us to do the work.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
