Just fullfill responsibility and finished the assigning task in the best manner.

Immediate boss should not be the first and last authority for taking decision about subordinates. Involvement of good HR and higher authorities should also supervise and help in taking the decision. Even a small employee contact and convey their problem to the higher authorities. Which is not happening.
