Likes

Team mates are friendly, training is supported with all the seniors and SME. Growth is for them who know to take it. Opportunity is always open here. Salary is decent, appraisal are decent, I have not seen any politics here so far, work life is quite hectic towards work but on the other hand awards, token of appreciation and parties are given to such hard workers, work life balance is good.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

In regards to dislike, every time the management have to push their employee for each and every common task.

Work Details

For me it's interesting , challenging. sometime hectic, sometime boring overall it is good experience and I love working here and that's what made me work here for 5 long years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
