No Growth, Nothing, fresher comes with high salary & experience people also have same salary. Even both sides (company & employee) ESIC cut from employees salary

Basically it is work from, but work time is flexible, sometime we have to work in our personal time or extend until or unless whole day work is not complete

Job security is ok in Powerweave, but their management (team leader) is so worst, as Per my experience powerweave have no value for those employees who are doing their work honestly, I didn't seen such a childish team leader in my carrier.

Dislikes

Childish team leader, there have no growth, you will get maximum 2k hike every year and performance doesn't matter for this company, if you have friendship with Management person then you don't need good skills, knowledge & best performance etc to get good position in this company.
