Its a great company being lead by great executives. It never felt like its a government owned firm. Feels like a highly ambitious and growing firm. Leaders are really identified and given oportunities to grow. HR processes are at par with international standards. People are nicely managed with utmost care and emotional intelligence.

Dislikes

The middle management is not as active or experienced as top managment. It really seems to create a bottleneck in overall execution of highly ambitious aims of diversifying into new businesses and creating future leaders.
