Dislikes

Employees are highly pressurized to complete work and work culture is terrible. Being an executive, there is no proper timing for work, you're supposed to be available 24/7. Availing leaves is difficult, along with remote areas of posting with no proper facilities. Higher management is often ignorant to your pleas even if they know they're genuine. HR department is the most terrible one here, it's almost non existent. They have never done any work that's related to Human Resource Management and they never treat other employees with respect. I got apportunity in NTPC IN JAN 1988 which is CPSU in comparison good than that of private sector J.K.In the later stage I joined POWER GRID in 1991. presently POWERGRID IS worlds largest transmission utility and following NATIONAL GRID and making EHV AC/DC LINES POWER SUB STATIONS. I completed my services from POWERGRID on 31.08.2017.
