I the am example of Frequent transfer sufferer. I worked in Karnataka for three years and posted in vizag for three months and immediately transferred to Northern Region. Policy wise this company not having any proper transfer policy. People posted at CC/RHQ enjoy a lot and site people will not have any social life. Worst transfer policy in my 18years service with POWERGRID.
