Work Life balance is okay, personally speaking I complete my work on time so I am not extending or working on saturdays. functional teams very supportive. I see some fake reviews here too, management at least should try to put fake reviews who seems to be a bit legit.

This whole company is a common example of a mama-bhatija company where everyone is someone's relative or a close friend from past, run very unfairly. in my 6+yrs of ITSM experience we got training to highlight and remove the conflict of interest and here it is widely accepted, even supported by hr as they only are the pillars to the biasedness and partial values. visible culture is all spoof here, everything fake from accent of people to being honest and treating employees fairly, all is fake. feared of their lackey will also leave, now so making them leads for no reason, not even training anybody but just making lead and especially hiring for people to work under them whereas not giving to deserving people in dev teams, actually everywhere. They say mid year promotions does not happen here but obviiously leaders here self promoted themselves overnight, when asked then there was no answer. At first I used to like the leadership here, many opportunities and fare culture. Now all people left and new appointed leaders can't be compared to old. My teammates are good and we all have developed a great bond. Work is good, though no proper guidance is there. New leaders are all top to bottom into favoritism and promote their friends. They are retaining old employees by luring them with senior designations and leads, due to which current team not happy as they are not that good and team also leaving now. Old leaders left and took good people from here, and left all lousy leaders here across all functions from tech, finance to hr. I have spent enough time here to know in and out and have seen the recent changes to know actual things what is going on, to make such statements. Stupid managers wants to retain too only their close ones minions, who are incompetent just like them, advice to management- by making these people leads you are only responsible for making other people feel low and getting their moral down. Please be very cautious if you are looking to join here. No matter how much leaders here talk about being fare, but they all are into the bed of unfair and politics and now very confident too in these activities as they know the whole company is in their hands, they speak like they are the ones who are paying us not the company.. Work from Home in my case.. Clients are good and supportive. Work is good if you are keen to learn. You will be comfortable even if you are coming from a different domain.

People are proud here of their community monopoly. People talk proudly that this much population here is of this community. being a consistent good performer and after client appreciations as well your hike depends on if you can speak in that community M language. If you can't speak that language then your hike percent will be veryless and people who belong to that community and can speak in that language their hike will be much higher, I am just trying to explain how much deep here is the level of discrimination. and the same happened with me twice here. biggest- this all actually was started by senior management and HR. Now when on portals like here people have started sharing their genuine experiences, got to know management and HR is forcing their close ones to put good reviews (fake reviews) here.... The best and first leader this company has ever seen, now leaving, other division leaders making them like non existent, they have not even left yet and title given to someone else. Management and HR is very unfair. Everywhere it's favoritism culture. People dont get opportunity , only friends and family does. in lasst 4+ years I saw this company getting big and also degrading at same time. No transparency here and very bad culture of inequality and favouritism. HR has hired their friends here at senior roles and personally promotes people referred by them multiple times.
