The work environment & culture that Potomac has is commendable. Each and every employee is valued here which ultimately leads to a healthy environment & Job Satisfaction. The last one and a half year was challenging for the business industry, due to Covid-19, but still Potomac managed to bind the employees remotely and work efficiently. The Top management & leads provide flexible work environment & are very encouraging and supportive. Employees are engaged in fun activities, team outings and social events which are amazingly designed and executed. Interactive Training sessions help individuals to develop functional, analytical & leadership skills to enhance performance. Work Life balance is okay, personally speaking I complete my work on time so I am not extending or working on saturdays. functional teams very supportive. I see some fake reviews here too, management at least should try to put fake reviews who seems to be a bit legit.

This whole company is a common example of a mama-bhatija company where everyone is someone's relative or a close friend from past, run very unfairly. in my 6+yrs of ITSM experience we got training to highlight and remove the conflict of interest and here it is widely accepted, even supported by hr as they only are the pillars to the biasedness and partial values</mark>. visible culture is all spoof here, everything fake from accent of people to being honest and treating employees fairly, all is fake. feared of their lackey will also leave, now so making them leads for no reason, not even training anybody but just making lead and especially hiring for people to work under them whereas not giving to deserving people in dev teams, actually everywhere. They say mid year promotions does not happen here but obviiously leaders here self promoted themselves overnight, when asked then there was no answer. Very soon I guess this review will also be deleted from here I guess as many reviews are being deleted by this organisation from portals where people can freely speak truth....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
