Management is very poor. They make you serve 3 months of notice period and torture you everyday till the end of it. Most senior Director is a misogynistic man who always tries to belittle everyone especially girls.

Pathetic work culture , ultra mismanagement , body shaming comments by founders , one hell of a pathetic workplace. One should not ever join this place .

This is a great to work, specially as a fresher as you will get to learn a lot. There's a dedicated team for our skill and knowledge development. And the culture is really relaxed and you will get enough time for yourself. The employees are really helpful and everyone is young and cheerful which keeps your morale up.

Dislikes

As it is a fairly new organisation, there are continuous operational/organisational changes happening every year which can sometimes affect productivity for a while and can cause mental turmoil for a while, but if you get you used to it, you'll realise it is fun.

It's overall a consulting company..no salary growth, no appraisals and they always neglect mistake of employees company not deciding the reality's of employees so it's not a perfect but it's a average one
