Poly product is a 50-year-old company and yet to reach its full potential. their competitor and ex-employees have left them and created more successful organizations. If you want to work hard and say yes sir all the time this is the place for you.

Dislikes

Md is old at times he is really abusive and he has this sadistic behavior that makes every employee feel depressed while working. if he steps down then there may be some good changes but that is not sure if he'll accept the changes. you'll not find much about the company so this is just to help. there's no bonus no overtime no benefits entitled to your job.
