Incentives criteria is pathetic You have to lickyour seniors……… in order to get incentives and appraisal I was the top performed for almost 13 months in my total service of 20 months. What i got in return is if you are looking for good appraisal find somewhere else . I wife was hospitalised and they didn’t allow me to take a leave in the critical stage..

This is 24X7 work cultured company with no room for personal life at Especially at GI. Life for all have been miserable here.

Someone who has no opportunity outside can come here to lead a miserable personal life.Always getting the earnings of you loosing the job in open forum . No professionalism at all , Every one should be prepared to work on all holidays as their will be premium drives every day especially in Holidays. 👎🏻

If you are running for money and want to work like a dog without a leave you can earn very good incentive here Company doesn't have salary to give you They are making an image among people as brand actually you earn your incentive by doing hardwork and fraud with people

Initially when I joined the organization had sharp minded, friendly people but only 2% of them are left now.. Sometimes you might end up with a new project to build from scratch, which could be a great opportunity but be ready to put in atleast 14-15 hours a day in order to meet the timeline expectations.

Poor Management, Bad work-environment and culture, Politics driven work environment and worst part is managerial people themselves instigate politics among the team. You can not trust any one here esp upper management. CTO keeps watch on everyone esp with regard to timings what time you entered , for how long you left ur desk, thatsa very weird thing about Policybazaar. Boss is always right! culture is followed very deeply. Apart from that appraisals are good if you are good at buttering your bosses. Not a very female friendly places. Managers are very bad they are making politics over there Tarun Joshi is the floor manager of renewal he always do politics even the girls don't feel comfortable of his existence he is the worst manager I've ever seen even the HR's (Siddharth Selvaraj) he always support the decision of tarun Joshi whether he is right or wrong I don't think they deserve to be a part of policybazaar.com

People like specially seniors like I m the boss of company, threatening for black listed and spoil the future, no fnf amount provided and and forced to resign and hr not supporting.
